As most of our membership knows we have a Exchange Calender in which anyone can post information to. The exchange calender is located on the front page of the Web site under exchange Calender or from the the Gear Press News Letter also online.
1. Start by clicking your mouse over the underlined words Exchange Calender then clicking your mouse once or twice depending on your windows configuration. This action will take you to the exchange calender hopefully in the current month you are in if not at the top you can click on appropriate month.
2. Select the date you wish to enter information to. (again click on the underlined date).
3. The above action will initiate a box somewhat like a word or excel dialog box just use the keyboard and type the information and submit it from the box below.
4. IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE PLEASE E-MAIL editor@rcrotary.org and I will correct the error.
NOTE: You can submit information but you can not change it.
